Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We don’t accept returns on electrical / Electronics parts unless they are faulty. This is because we can’t guarantee they have not been plug tested and damaged.

Any items being returned need to be in a saleable condition, so please don’t mark or tear the packaging or tape a shipping label directly to the parts box, as this will void the return.

FAULTY ITEM
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us using the returns form below. Please select warranty. You will need to provide information including photos and a detailed description.

INCORRECT PART RECEIVED/DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If you have received an item that isn’t what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us using the returns form below within 7 days of delivery.

RETURNING A FITMENT GUARANTEED PART
If you emailed us your VIN, but we got the part wrong for some reason, please fill in the returns form below. We’ll send you a returns label so you can get the part back to us at no cost, and we’ll send you the correct one, or we’ll offer you a refund.

CHANGE OF MIND / INCORRECTLY ORDERED ITEM / PART DOESN’T FIT
If you’ve had a change of heart, ordered the wrong part or the part you’ve ordered doesn’t fit, we’ll need to receive it back unused, in the original packaging, and within 30 days of purchase.

We do not cover the return cost for change of mind or incorrectly ordered parts.
Please note, that change of mind returns will incur a 15% to 20% restocking fee to cover the original postage and restocking administration. Please choose carefully, or check with us for fitment.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please fill out the Return Form or email customer service at support@sensorgal.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Please ensure this form is submitted before sending your item back to us – it makes the process a lot easier.

PACK UP YOUR ITEM CAREFULLY.
So it reaches us safely, you should reuse the box your order arrived in or similar. Please don’t stick any postal labels directly onto the manufacturer’s packaging, as this voids the return.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all Remorse/change of mind returns.
  • Goods must be returned in original unopened packaging.
  • Goods must be received back in a re-sellable condition
  • if it is found that the defect is due to misuse, willful damage, unauthorized repair, or tampering with the product by the customer, the return will not be accepted.
  •  A refund may not be offered if you have modified the product
